Opening Hours

Both our Belper and Derby office are open for calls from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.  We carry out quotation visits most evenings after 7pm.

We are of course available for emergency call out 24 hrs, 7 days a week.

Pricing

Our charges are 100% transparent.  There is no call out charge between 8am and 5pm and there are no hidden charges. 

Small Jobs
We charge a flat hourly rate and time charged for collecting non-stock materials on your behalf is kept to a minimum. 

There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments. 

We are registered for VAT.

All work carried out by GFS carries a 1 year guarantee with extended guarantees for full bathroom and central heating installations.

 

Quotations

On quotations our price normally falls somewhere in the middle - which suits us perfectly.  We believe that value is in quality and longevity and use this as our guiding rule from our design & documentation to installation and post-sale service. 

Written quotations are fixed prices and unless the scope of work changes the end price will not.

We don’t normally require a deposit but for larger works requiring first and second fixing or work running over several weeks incremental payments may be required – this will always be discussed and outlined in your quotation for your approval.
